The staff here are all so friendly and make you feel like you're in good hands! I called a few weeks before my appointment and they were very patient with my many questions. Everyone I've interacted with in this clinic so far has been kind and helpful. I had laser hair removal done by Sofia and she was so sweet and explained everything clearly, and was reassuring the whole way (I'm a newbie to this procedure). She wasn't at all pushy with the aftercare products they have, and I opted to buy them out of my own desire to rather than feeling like I had to. I'd definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who wanted to get laser hair removal, especially if they are new. They'll do their best to make you feel comfortable :)

Skincare North Sydney provided better results than I expected. I am not a big fan of skin treatments because I feel they are a waste of money and time. However, thanks to Connie (skin specialist) in Skincare North Sydney, my skin is brighter, clearer and feels a lot healthier than before. Connie did an evaluation of my skin and provided the best treatment for my needs with great results after two weeks! Two weeks!. I'm happy as Larry with my face I even stopped applying make up. She also gave me a skin care routine which I didn't have before, it's very easy and quick to apply which is convenient for morning time. The location is very convenient and easy access. The place is cleaned and complies with all COVID safe measures and customer service is excellent.
My local hairdresser (Caroline) recommended I try them out as I'm new to the area. Highly skilled and honest. They don't try overselling which makes you feel at ease. Definitely worth trying them out. Very happy with their services.

This clinic is in a good location, very clean with state of the art technology, skin products used are of high quality standards and the staff are all very lovely, professional and knowledgeable but my adoration and love is for a beautiful lady who works here her name is Julia I always look forward to my appointments with her, as not only does she help resolve my skin concerns with all the amazing skin treatments they offer but just being in her presence she has a warm and nurturing demeanour which just makes my whole experience at the North Sydney clinic worthwhile. I was consulted by Connie who recommended the hydrafacial treatment. Since I was at the clinic, I asked if there were any slots to have the treatment done on the same day. Connie initially told me she was available. She then went through the individual vs 3 pack prices. After consideration, I decided to buy one and see how my skin would react after (to be safe) before getting 3 sessions at once. Connie quoted me 219 (for one) and 567 (for 3 which comes down to 189/ session). She then told me that I would not see results from one treatment and was hard selling the 3 pack sessions. After confirming that I would still like to purchase only one treatment, Connie suddenly told me that she is unavailable now because she has an appointment in 20 minutes. I was very surprised at this sudden change and unavailability. At this point I felt really uncomfortable because of the inconsistency in her messages. I then looked up online and found that regardless of whether it was 1, 3 or 6 Hydrafacial sessions, they were individually priced at 189. Before I walked out, I double checked with Connie and asked if I could purchase the treatments on their website. She emphasised again and confirmed that if I bought online, I could only get individual sessions at 219. The 3 pack sessions are only available to purchase in store which is not true. I find Connie to be very dishonest and would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I am also very sceptical about the recommendations made because I now have doubts about their true intention and whether they are only after our money.
Had my second treatment at Clearskincare clinics North Sydney. Such a great experience. Especially Julia who’s always welcoming with a smile and provides great attention and care during treatment
My now go to place for laser. Girls are very precise and I never feel like I’m being rushed through the treatment. Highly recommended.
