Rubbish stay away from these guys! Honestly they have no clue & they change workers faster then someone changing shoes. I would not recommended them rather spend it on professionalism

Samantha was prompt and always responsive in arranging an appointment. Michael rang before coming and spent less than 30 mins fixing 2 faulty knobs on our gas stove and checked through the entire oven and stove to ensure no slow gas leak will still happening. Also, a few months ago GSAS fixed a leaking dishwasher and no problems ever since!

Completely unprofessional. Failed to communicate after taking money from the first visit (at which no service was actually provided). Was told "will let you know" when the part was available. Had to chase up the following week and again was given a "about 1 or 2 weeks" estimate. Would be nice if a service, who is taking people's hard earned money, would show some understanding that a washing machine is quite an important household item! Then when given some honest feedback, closed the (exorbitant) quote! Use at your own risk!

Not reliable, would not recommend for a reliable service. Could not commit to coming to fix the dishwasher. Website says open but has closed for 2 weeks over the holidays. Therefore, not responsive, not on time and not reliable We need service businesses willing to work and service appliances when needed, not when it suits them. Not ideal to ask to wait weeks.

From the start they were so helpful ,trying to solve my problem with my oven, sent an experienced repair man who really new his stuff, so delighted my oven was fixed, it wasn't expensive. The other company I called said throw it and buy a new one. Very Happy !!!!!!! So I saved thousands before xmas..!!!!.

I don't usually like leaving negative reviews, but I was really disappointed in this business. After reading positive reviews I got in contact on the 03/05 about a washing machine repair, and supplied photos. I followed up with a phone call and was assured my email was received, and forwarded on to a technician to look at. I called a week later as I still hadn't received a response, and a message was passed on to the technician. I then followed up 15/05 and 13/06 by email, each time to have my email ignored and to never receive a response. It was incredibly poor service. Edit: I was emailing asking for a quote for this company to fix the machine.

Amazing, friendly and above all else truly professional service. The technician who showed up was on time, knowledgeable and was able to resolve an issue with our dishwasher in a safe and clean manner. I'd have no hesitation in reaching out to them in the future.
