Agency 1 lives up to it's name; it is the number 1 agency in the Ryde/Lane Cove area. They know the local area extremely well and act with integrity at all times. Their sales agent Sanja Komchian, is exceptional; always acting in a professional manner. She had a buyer for my home even before it was advertised, with a price well above expectations. Sanja was always available by phone and email, ready to answer my questions and communicate between myself and the buyer in an expedient manner. She guided and advised me through the whole process so that it was not a daunting experience, but a relatively easy one.
