i ordered 40 items only received 15 /25 items outstanding the website show stock ,giving false information to the public and can't track the parcel ??

3 years ago or so I bought prescriptions here and the pharmacist was so friendly and tried for giving a good price as low as she can. Today I came to buy over counter item and she is still working here, awesome! She's still friendly as like years ago. Another good thing was the item I bought cheaper than other online chemists. The prescription I asked cheaper than others too. Not sure about other stuff, maybe some are more pricey.
Very efficient service, super professional and no slacking around. They just get things done quickly. Two thumbs up!!

Online I've ordered Claratyne-D 12 Hour Repetabs 6 Pack (private) x 2 @ 10.95ea (21.90). All went smoothly received email invoice etcs. The pharmacist lady called 'Nadel' wanted my ID (No driving licence) but my passport instead as though I am a criminal or something? Humiliating, is that really necessary to produce my ID for a simple drug 'Claratyne-D' over the counter?! I got no issues with other pharmacies just buy and go MYOB except for this Superpharmacy pharmacy that I am not happy with

Super slow pharmacy. Been waiting 3 weeks. Took nearly 3 weeks just to pack. Still not received it. Certainly won't be using them again.
Fantastic service. My husband and I both use Superpharmacy for our medications. It is so simple to go online to order, our medications have always been available and the prices are much cheaper than anywhere else I have ever filled scripts. The pharmacist will call you directly with any queries and is always available if we have questions. Remember too that there is a storefront! If you need something urgently you can visit the pharmacy where the staff are happy to assist you.
