Spiders galore in the common areas of the apartment block, which I was told won't be dealt with because people are in arrears. I pay 1300 a year in Strata fees; for what exactly? The letterboxes are forever being tampered with and things being stolen. Absolute rubbish.
I care for gardens at one of their unit blocks. Visited their home base today. Very schmick and tidy. Nice little front garden too.
