Seems strange to review a business where I returned an item but I bought a Garmin fitness tracker that has been heavily discounted. On getting it home and reading the instructions I realised it was not what I needed. The guys at Cyclemania were happy to refund me, even though the mistake was mine. They even spent time talking through what system might suit me. In summary; Excellent service, extremely professional and friendly staff . Highly recommended.

Not the friendliest bunch. I live around the corner but make the effort to go elsewhere. I've only ever been in twice for tiny odds and ends. Maybe the service gets better the bigger the spend?

I recently purchased a new mountain bike and ebike kit from Cyclemania. Have had a really great experience working with Wayne and Barry from pre-sale into after care and maintenance. The team have been consistently accommodating toward all questions and requests, and have provided quality professional advice regarding additional upgrades to my bike. Overall, very happy with the end to end experience and look forward to supporting the shop in the future.
Great customer service! I went in today and needed a tube replaced and even though they were busy, they got it done straight away with no hassle. Will definitely come back again.
Took my Storck road bike in, as it had always seemed a bit noisy since I bought it 2nd hand a couple of years ago gear changes weren't what I thought they should be on ultegra 6700 but I thought maybe I was just expecting too much After cyclemania silver service I can't believe the difference on the gear changes and just how the bike feels Even steering seems so much better and not as twitchy as it was So much quieter and no rattles or squeaks Thanks guys, terrific job
I really liked the knowledge and advice, staff are friendly and helpful. Like many brick and mortar stores they have to stock a small range, however they seem to do this very effectively. They get a good range of items in varied sizes, find the fit you like in the brand you want and then order the item in the size you need. They have very good pricing for items I what looking for.
