The staff are very friendly. However, the service was a waste of time for me. I was there to get a pink slip for an old car I bought for 3000. You came out with a list of repairs which costs over 5000. What is the point? I think you should clearly state that you are not into cars over 10 years old. You just wasted my time and one pink slip fee.

Outstanding customer service and my car has never run better! I had been having issues with my car for a long time, and received several services from other mechanics which were not too expensive, but never solved any of the problems I was having. After 1 service here my car has been amazing, it's almost silent now, doesn't shudder as it used to and haven't experienced any breakdowns since. The service was more than I had paid in a while, but you get what you pay for sometimes. I was a little apprehensive about the amount I'd paid when I walked away from the mechanic, but the instant I started my car I was soooo happy and knew it was well worth it. For a moment I honestly thought I'd gotten in the wrong car. The staff were also extremely friendly. I'd been working remotely on the day of the service, they let me sit in the waiting area working away all morning. There was wifi, air con, they gave me directions and recommendations on where to grab some lunch. Highly recommend and will be back when my next service is due! :)

Almost a month ago, I booked a wheel alignment for this Saturday, but only received a call on Friday saying that their balance was outsourced and they did not have the resources to do it tomorrow. They should have told me earlier.

Two people promised to call me back... both requested for 10 min time 2 weeks over Dealt with them 3 years ago...Incorrectly diagnosed issues with my car and wuoted 6k to fix. I towed the car away and another mechanic diagonised a different issue and fixed it for 1.6k only.

Helpful staff, efficient service and they clean your car after servicing it! Never feel like I’m being ripped off and always very honest with what is needed vs what can wait (always pushing for safety of course)
