Never ever use this service. They will try to convince you to send them the TV to the technician which will cost you 140 and will charge you much more later. I had a bug in the TV between the glass and LED panel and I told them what happened and sent them the photo of how it looks like, the customer care still just said won’t be much more money so I sent the TV and pay 140 and then the technician told me I will have to pay for another 350 for it. If you don’t accept the price then you will lose the 140 for nothing. Then I asked them I have sent you the photo about the issue and you should be able to judge if it’s a big or small issue. The customer care said we didnt require you to send the photo. Excuse me? Are you serious? Then what’s the point to ask a quote? Why not just say give us 140 and then I can provide the quote. What a easy way to make money.

Don't waste your time going to another place to get your tv fixed, Mike will let you know up front if your TV it's even good enough to be repaired,and if it's cost effective, he's proud of his work and will go the extra mile to get the job done.. A Service, it just doesn't get any better than that!
I used Bens TV Repair yesterday. Called him and he showed up when he said he would. He diagnosed the Vizio tv and told me it was a power supply problem. Ben quoted me a repair price which I agreed to. He took my TV with him , repaired it at his shop and returned it to me in less than 24 hours. Wow that is incredible service. Honest guy with impeccable reviews. Good honest repairman with very fair prices. Call Ben. He will treat you right.
On a Thursday evening we had a black-out in my late model plasma smart tv and out of desperation called Rashad even though it didn't look like he was an official Samsung repair guy. Figuring I had a long spell with no TV ahead of me he shocked us by saying he would come out that evening and then shocked us further when he said he would fix the motherboard right there that night. He avoided probably 2 weeks of waiting and an additional chunk of change if we had gone the conventional route. This is no guarantee that you won't have to special order something using Rashad but we lucked out in every way that day.
