I’ve been looking for someone who stocked Philips Saeco coffee machine parts in Melbourne. I found Service Sphere used their web site chat facility to ask about parts I needed, not expecting much as they were closed for Christmas. Not only did I get a response from Gabriele asking for more detail, but he followed up with web site links, part numbers and availability for the items required. I dropped in today to pick up them up and had a chat. It’s a shame they will no longer be stocking Saeco parts, but I can fully understand why. Next time I buy an espresso machine I’ll check to see whether I can use Service Sphere for any parts required.

I am very unhappy with the service there. Sent my multicooker for repair over 2 months ago. First it took ages to repair it. Then it was sent to me by the post, but returned to them somehow. Then, upon my call, it was sent to me by courier. I understand, there was a long queue and there could be problems with the post during the stage 4 lockdown. What I did not like is that there was no communication whatsoever all that time. Also, the customer service was neither polite nor friendly. However, the story does not end here. When I finally got my multicooker back, I realised that now it is in even worse conditions than previously. I simply could not use it. So it was picked up again from me, and I was told that this time it will jump the queue. No apologies have been given. When I called next time I was told that it is in the queue (?!), but now they will allocate a technician asap. When I called again- that it is waiting to be replaced and someone will get back to me that day/next day to give me time estimates. No one ever did. Finally, when I called the last time I was told the same thing. Now I am still waiting for my multicooker (and someone to get back to me), fully regretting that I chose that place.

Atrocious customer service from Dave. Wasn’t able to answer any of my questions and was incredibly rude and short with me over the phone. Not sure if this is the type of service that is often provided here but if it is I highly recommend going somewhere else.

5 star service for by far the most professional coffee machine repair agent in Melbourne. After buying an ECM a few years ago I've really struggled to get a good service centre On arrival the lady at the counter booked my machine in and even offered me a complimentary coffee. 6 days later my espresso machine is back as good as ever they even test and tagged my appliance.
