I was part of one of the online courses and Gary did a fantastic job at keeping a positive and funny vibe while also pinpointing down the important parts of the RSA. He intertwined his extensive personal experience into the course giving great insight to the reality of the business, giving everyone in the class tips and tricks of his trade. Fantastic bloke and a fantastic online course. Gary definitely makes his course worth any extra money with his experience, an immensely valuable thing for new people coming to do an RSA.

Judy (the teacher), was engaging, informative and down to earth, giving anecdotes along the way. The RSA is easy to obtain if you listen.
I had a fantastic experience with this course. The teacher was super engaging and offered up useful advice and tips, anecdotes from on the job as a hospitality worker, as well as the factual information needed to get the certificate. It was a perfect balance. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to go here if they need to do an RSA course.
Their phone line is not working, and their response to their emails is non existent or extremely slow. Altogether rather unprofessional if people cannot get in touch with the company.
Please make sure that you inform me of the dates for classes that were cancelled this weekend. Travelled from Gisborne to city and back for no classes!

A great course that covers everything perfectly, the instructor made sure to have a an interesting way to cover the content as well. Would highly recommend for anyone.
If anybody is looking at attaining their RSA RSG RSF This is the place to go do not look any where else . Great availability with days times close to cafes for a great coffee before you start and lunch break included . And most of all you can get public transport winning
