MAAP... Conner looked after me very well. Have purchased 1 Winter Jersey from the shop & the matching Winter Jacket from there online shop. The best tops l have come across. Sizes are smaller than normal. So if u order online u might consider going up one size. Gr8 Gear. Using all the top fabrics out of Italy. One very happy customer

I recently purchased a pair of MAAP bib shorts and a jersey online (after visiting the store) as part of the Black Friday sale. The shorts are great, however the jersey arrived with a small hole in one sleeve. I spoke to customer service over the phone, who assured me I could receive a replacement jersey as well as a retroactive 15% bundle discount if I added socks to my order - all I had to do was email customer service so that they had pictures of the jersey defect and mention the style of socks I wanted to order. At this point I was thrilled with the friendly and apologetic service I received! I emailed customer service as instructed and was disappointed to hear back by email that the bundle discount would not be applied. I rang them a second time and was told by customer service that: 1) Customer service had made a mistake when I rang the first time – they would not honour the retroactive 15% bundle discount if I added socks (even though the bundle they were going to give me was still available on their website – described below), 2) When I told him the offer was still available on their website he told me I must have been confused and made an error when using the online website because it is not possible to get the discount on sale items. I was put on hold while he looked at the website, when he came back on the line he said that I was correct; the bundle discount was in fact applied to sales items, but this was a “glitch” and they would not honour it. I have attached a photo of my online cart showing the discounts applied by their website. All in all a very disappointing experience. 1 of 2 items was faulty and complete opposite responses from customer service representatives. While I like the shorts, at these price points I expect much better customer service. If they could have stuck with their initial promise I’d be a satisfied customer.

Had an issue with the sizing of some bib's that I purchased last year. Dealt with Max in the customer service team and he couldn't have been more helpful. Really great customer service! Couldn't rate MAAP highly enough!
The product is very comfortable. I was very happy with the Bib shorts. Well constructed. The World's Hex Jersey is comfortable. But unfortunately after 3 times in the wash, the sleeves started unraveling. (Photo to Follow) For price I paid for this jersey-let's be honest. It shouldn't come apart like that. My Eliel clothing has not failed me after a year of use. All in all I like the kit and want it to last, I wear my kit from MAAP every few days, and only ride 20-60 miles a day. I always hang dry my clothing. I knocked it a star for quality. I don't buy junk, I buy things to last. And I have only had it about a month.
Great little space just outside of the city. One of Australia's best Cycling attire companies. I look forward to coming back and trying on some product.
