I just wanted to say thank you for your excellent service. I have just ordered and received a new Epson printer, to go with my previous purchases of a BenQ monitor and x-rite i1 Display Pro calibrator. Firstly, as this was a back-ordered unit, your sales guy communicated very well and honestly about when I could expect to receive it. In the end it arrived before I expected it, giving me even more time for a very large printing project. I couldn't be happier. In just a few hours I used the instructions on your website and managed to get everything calibrated and working, and my first print has turned out perfectly, the print matches what I see on the screen exactly. To say I'm delighted would be an understatement. This is my first time printing on anything other than a cheap laser printer, I thought I faced days of setup and tweaking, All the time I knew that if I got stuck, I could just call up and one of your staff would talk me through, but the online instructions worked perfectly. If I hear of any other photographer looking for recommendations on where to buy screens or printers etc, I will forward them to you without doubt or hesitation. Thanks again for your truly outstanding service!

This company is amazing. I work for a company that provides software to the Disability sector, and each year we run a competition for participants to enter their artwork and we select one piece that goes out on our Christmas cards. Last Christmas, the winning piece was larger than Officeworks would take; and I tried so many places. Image Science were also totally booked up; but when I explained my dilemma, the team were just so fantastic that they squeezed us in and helped us out. We are forever grateful to them, and will recommend to anyone, as their customer service was outstanding. The artwork was scanned professionally, and the team at the office were so lovely and kind. Laura is amazing, and Dan really came through for us. Their customer service is a rare find. They truly look after their customers. --- Edit - Cam! So sorry! I meant to type Cam. :)

After receiving back my raw scans I noticed a hair on one of the images. This was a hair that made the scan unusable. No problem I thought, I'll just ask for it to be corrected. When I did, I was told that this was something that under 'normal process' I would have to do (as they were raw scans, not ready for print scans). It was reluctantly corrected after hearing the annoyance in my voice for having paid for a scan I couldn't use unless I fixed it myself. I then received further explanation of "normal" process, embellished by how careful they are with making sure dust is removed from both the artwork and the scanner. Sure, I understand normal process and have no doubt that all care is taken...but a rogue hair still made it into the scan and I only asked to have it fixed. Thinking my request was fair, I was bowled over by the next comment, "do you know how small that hair is?" If there is good customer service, then this was the polar opposite. It shouldn't matter, what size the hair is...it's there, it's obvious and of course an honest mistake. I never thought it was planted there on purpose! There should have been nothing more than an acknowledgement of an honest mistake and a correction made. I would have come away a happy customer.

Easily the BEST customer service I have received in many years if not ever. Image Science are knowledgeable, honest, reliable(best price around) and willing to share their knowledge. I recently bought an i1Display Pro and it arrived(interstate) the next day. They explained the benefits of this particular device and comparisons to other similar devices completely unbiased. They offered advice after sale without even prompting. You just dont see this kind of service now days.
