More Than A Beauty Experience! Hidden away, tucked up above a hair salon, I first started going to see Eryn 7 years ago in my early 50’s to stave off the concerns of aging & for monthly respite from day to day life. I wasn’t disappointed! Eryn had just taken over the business & started out on her own. She had brought with her years of experience in the beauty/anti-aging/cosmetic surgery industry & a wealth of knowledge obtained through her science degree. Combining these with her passion for people, service & perfection, Eryn has surpassed my wildest expectations. I often receive unbelieving looks when its brought up that I have a 38 year son, testament to Eryn’s diligence & care. She also has a consummate knowledge of alternatives out there that she can recommend or explain when I have questions so that I can make informed decisions. Truly an untapped source of expert advice that has never let me down. I sometimes leave Eryn with questions that she diligently researches, using her quick mind & large industry/professional networking circle. Her professional ethics are rarely seen in business these days. My treatments with Eryn have been life changing & beyond enjoyable. A necessary treat to indulge in productive pampering that I treasure. I get excited just parking in the street when I have booked a session as I know that I am about to have a wonderful day & leave refreshed, pampered & rejuvenated. This has become my favorite hobby & life without these sessions is beyond imagining. Alison

Eryn has looked after my skin for many years and improved it’s quality no end. I’m also very happy with her laser hair removal. Very effective. Her skin care products are locally and ethically produced. So looking forward to seeing you back in the clinic in two weeks.
Eryn has been my beautician for almost a decade, having always provided the most relaxed and enjoyable treatments backed by a wealth of skin and beauty knowledge - she knows how to ensure clients have the best products and services for their skin and always has time to explain everything fully. Eryn is an absolute delight, and even after moving to Perth she is still my go-to skin guru! By way of testament, I get comments on how good my skin is regularly (not to be arrogant about it), and it's all thanks to Eryn's treatments and advice that adapts as I age, so my skin doesn't (appear to)!
Eryn was recommended to me about 2 years ago and since then I have not looked back! Eryn has helped me significantly with my skin which has been problematic over the past few years. Eryn has analysed my skin and has tailored the right type of products and treatments to help me manage my skin and have it looking at it's best. Her knowledge of skin types, and of the products she stocks is incredible and the results definitely show. I don't trust anyone else with my skin and although I have recently relocated interstate, she will still be my go gal for skin care!! On top of it all, she is a genuine, personable and an all round lovely professional who I would recommend to everyone. My next Melbourne visit will surely include an appointment at Eryn's beautiful and relaxing therapy room.

Eryn has been my beautician for more than 7 years and I wouldn't be without her. Eryn is a beautiful person and a complete professional who shows genuine care in her approach. Over the years Eryn has given me a range of treatments but I mostly see her for waxing. A few years ago Eryn literally changed my life (big statement I know!). After battling acne throughout my teenage years it has popped up again in my 30's, almost to the point that I was ready to start strong medication to get it under control. Eryn asked me to give her just a few months to see if we could get my skin under control with a new skin care routine. Within weeks of following her recommendations and new products my skin was clearing and after a few months things were really looking good. I haven't looked back since... and the dermatologist referral has long gone into the bin. Thank you Eryn
