Given this was our first major development project where we were hoping to build 5 townhouses and considering all the negative stories we heard, we were naturally very nervous. We registered our interest online and within 24 hours we received a return call from Avery. We found Avery from AlphaQ very responsive to our needs. She put us in touch with her team to thoroughly go through our issues and explained the process. The team treated our development project like it was their own. They went through every single detail and suggested/provided us with options. Their honest advice throughout the whole process helped us better understand our challenges and assisted us in our final decision. We have no reservations in recommending AlphaQ to anyone. My overall experience with AlphaQ was good. Contractually everything was clear and the specifications and inclusion list were very detailed - you know exactly what you are getting. I was very satisfied with the quality and finish of the build. Communication was excellent and every concern/query I had were answered and attended to. The negative was that the build was not completed in the timeframe that I had hoped for taking into account that my construction was a relatively simple project and I was going to do my own landscaping. Whislt the builder is entitled to claim an extension of time due to inclement weather and other reasons, there were extended periods where I didn't see any progress made on the construction. I think this is an area AlphaQ can improve/work on. Overall happy with end product.
