Poor communication and customer service. Arranged for the company to do a quote. We had provided the job details. Arrived late for site visit. We showed them the job as described. They did say they will have the quote to us within 24 hours. Followed this up over weeks and several times without a reply. We finally got hold of the company to be advised they were too busy, and unable to do the job as not within their scope (even when details of job given upfront). We were told they were very busy and can't do the job as not within their scope. They just wasted our time as we were waiting for their quote before submitting to the body corporate all quotes for the works. Effective communication and professional etiquette is something this company needs to work on.
