Hope the dealer principal reads these. I have purchased 2 new navaras over the years from this group. I thought customer loyalty/retention would be a priority. Was ready to upgrade to the N trek warrior so had my 17 plate ST valued for trade in. I know everyone thinks that they're car is worth more but I was insulted. And to prove they tried to grab it under value, I get 2 missed calls on my way home and msg saying"guess what, we might be able to give you 5 grand more if you come back now". Sorry but you burnt me.

Awesome experience. Seamless experience dealing with Jason on the sale and Shelley with the finance. Recommend this company and love the new vehicle.

Phoned at 8am yesterday to discuss an urgent issue with my Xtrail, was told service personnel were 'all out there moving cars around at the moment' and was assured someone would call. It's now 24 hours later and I'm sitting in the service waiting area of a different Nissan dealership. Haven't heard from Village Nissan, despite the receptionist who took my call agreeing that the issue was indeed urgent. You be the judge...

I have bought my car 24 December 2019 . I specifically request I need 2019 car they sold me car build in 2018 and compliance in 2019 and telling me it is 2019 car. Never buy a car who is build in previous year because it is 2 year old not current year car. I just got my rego first time and it is saying it is 2018 car. So never every buy a car whose manufacturing and compliance year is different if you buying a new car. This Nissan dealer is misleading and dishonest

Typical new car dealership presented. The lost star is due to the sales person whom we dealt with. His knowledge of the vehicle he was trying to sell was limited even though he made an appointment with my friend to come test drive. When he was challenged with negotiating the price he became quite confused and frazzled. Despite this, she loved the car and bought it, YAY!

A nice, spacious showroom with not-so-great customer service.
