Took my car here to have a couple of issues looked at, the experience right from booking in through to collecting my car was perfect. I cannot speak highly enough about these guys, very friendly, professional, courteous and most of all they listen. From the guys who check the cars in right through to the technicians who look after the cars and the lady who drives the courtesy bus, i cannot thank you guys enough. It is great to see good customer service is still around. Torque Ford Management should be very proud of the staff that you have working for you as these guys are the face of your company. 10/10. I will be recommending you to all my friends.

Unbelievable experience with Torque Ford. Visited another dealer and wasn't treated very well. Jack and Damien made us feel very welcome from the first second we arrived. We travelled from Ipswich to buy our new car because of the awesome customer service. Will be back and will be letting everyone I know to visit Torque Ford
I put my Transit in there to get a replacement camera screen installed, their service was excellent. I highly recommend this company.
