Sovereign Funerals were caring, professional and amazingly helpful in every aspect when they helped us with the funeral service for my wife’s Grandfather. Also, I love the great work they do with the community and assisting people in need. I would definitively recommend their service.
I was named as executor on my mothers will. But sovereign funerals took directions from my sibling. They named her as the notifier with RBDM which has made my role as executor of the estate extremely problematic. Sadly my poor mum died during the early days of COVID 19 restrictions. Sovereign made sure that this was a time in history for all to remember. With only 10 people allowed at the funeral and me being new to zoom to include all family members, they did a 'Drop and Run' or similar. To be honest I can't remember their exact words, but it meant they were just dumping the body and leaving within 5 minutes. I had approximately 50 other family members on zoom, but they didn't get to see the coffin go down as they left before I had the computer up and running. Please avoid these guys.....they are the reason that the funeral industry has activists all over the world calling for reform for this industry..... What's really sad is that they play on being 'Christians' .....no values seen at my mother's funeral.

We enlisted the services of Trevor and his team at Sovereign Funerals in preparation for my fathers passing. Trevor handled our repeated phones calls and changes of mind with grace and patience. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he made the entire process as seamless and worry free as you could hope for. He truly cares. The service was beautiful and I could not be happier with how Trevor allowed me to farewell my father. It takes a special kind of person to do what Trevor does and he does it beautifully. I echo all that my son Andrew said in his review, Trevor you truly are an amazing caring man.Everything was handled exactly as I wanted and you did not question my decisions at any time and for that I will be eternally grateful, I'm sure Eric would have been very happy at the farewell we gave him , made possible by you and your team from start to finish it was an ordeal made easier by you and by your complete understanding. Trevor did a fantastic job with my fathers funeral last month. Trevor is very professional and compassionate. Trevor put a lot of effort into making the day reflect they way we wanted to remember Dad. Trevor was happy to make last minute changes, nothing was a burden to ask. Trevor choose a great speaker Ivan who did a brilliant job. Trevor made organising a funeral affordable, easy and without stress. Everything about the day was perfect, everyone who attended had very positive feedback and thought it was the best funeral they had been to .Thank you Trevor, very much appreciated all you did for us and would highly recommend you.
I was so impressed by the service we received from Trevor and his team. Every detail was addressed . At all times I was consulted and shown respect.
