I highly recommend Peter from Jim’s Pool Care Narangba. I phoned him with my problem; he came around the following afternoon to quote my job, I was happy with the quote and he carried out the job straight away. He was also extremely helpful with advice on my old Pool equipment and steered me in the right direction to replace my Pump which in turn will save me approximately 700 per year in Electricity. I decided to replace the pump and it was installed within a few days. I was impressed with his manner, and I look forward to him performing my regular monthly pool maintenance. At last I don’t have to worry about my swimming pool with an added plus of cheaper electricity. Thank you, Peter!
I have never written a review before but I wanted to give a big shout out to Peter from Jim's Pool Care Narangba. Peter has been servicing my pool for about 6 months and it has never looked so good. I rang around to get quotes and Peter took the time to explain things to me respectfully, not like some tradies when they are speaking with women (my husband also rates him highly). Peter's invoices are much more reasonable than the previous pool guy too, so I'm a big fan. I highly recommend Peter to anyone with a pool. Cheers Peter.
Chris Pepper has been servicing our pool for the last 3 years. We are esctatic with the service that Chris gives us, nothing is too much trouble and we always get compliments on how clean and well maintained our pool looks. We had a situation last year where one of a glass panels around the fence broke and fell into the pool, at the drop of a hat Chris endeavoured to do everything in his power to clean this and repair any problems. We highly recommend Chris to anyone and continually do so
Couldn't fault peter and his service, for over 2years peter has ensured my family could enjoy our pool, rain hail or shine- If I ever need advice or have any dramas peter is happy to talk me through it and has often come around the very next day. Give him a try- you won't be disappointed (And he's great with dogs too!)

Don't use Jim's pool care ever. I have had nothing but problems and when I complained I was told I was half cocked. I told them to ensure the pool timer was set for day time only and 3 weeks after I am still turning off the pool at 10.30pm. That's just the start of the bad service. Rude responses to problems and overall terrible customer service.
