These guys are awesome. They are professional yet approachable, and provide an exceptional service to us as landlords. We are kept up to date with any issues that affect our property and regular inspections are made to ensure the property is being maintained and to report any potential problems. The agent fees charged are very reasonable and their accounting procedures are 2nd to none. We would not hesitate to recommend Coronis Moreton Bay to any potential landlord or tenant. They do a wonderful job.

I interviewed 5 other properties managers before I chose Cassy. I found Cassy to be a good listener and communicator and not once did she over-talk me. She is a friendly, professional people's person. I felt very comfortable talking to her. I am so very happy I found Cassy at Coronis and I must add all the staff are just wonderful. If you are looking for an excellent property manager, then do not go past Coronis in North Lakes.....I would like to add...when my tenants moved out, within 24 hours Cassy had a photographer on site and my Villa was advertised on the Internet. Cassy and her team are efficient and exceptional!
