Very friendly team and well stocked with sizes. Can also organise alterations within a day or so. Dropped to 4 stars as alterations were done wrong and I can’t get back over that side of town so will have to get it re done elsewhere. Looks like the pants were almost not taken up at all.

I like the idea that i can change up what I have ordered online in any of the stores and get a replacement immediately. The lady who attended to me did not make me feel like "why did you buy online when you can actually come to the store?" I ended up getting more stuffs. Customer-centric approaches makes life sweet. Promoted continous sales and repeat business
