Seals regularly falling out of frames, or cut too short, there may be quality issues that need to be addressed. Good response to issues so far but the problems will be ongoing.
Superb customer service. Stacey from the service team is amazing. She kept me updated with the progress of my service ticket. Michael showed up on time and replaced and fixed all the issues with the windows. Stacey posted spare parts free of charge for my winders covers. Thanks guys..

Such a fantastic experience! Not only was the price incredibly good but there service was fantastic, the lead time was outstanding and the product quality totally exceeded my expectations. We ordered everything over the phone with Codie and his level of service was so wonderful and refreshing, he knew his products so well and made sure we got our order within two weeks! How's that for service!! He was such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you to the whole team at Southern Star Windows - we will certainly be customers again with all future renovations!
