I've dealt with these guys for 10 yrs and they've always been great. Very professional. I would highly recommend them.
The technicians who attend to my building are punctual and well presented. The lift has never broken down and any minor issues are attended to promptly. Very easy to deal with.
this company truly does display an outstanding dedication to their work. not only do the lifts function as high stand eds they also can be repaired with ease i am loving the quality thank you
Terrible lifts, our building is only 6 months old and it has broken down 3 times since we moved in, unbelievable how something that is practically brand new can break down so often! On another note the phone line wasn't connected up for a good 4 weeks, which means if something had of happened(which is clearly an often occurrence) no one would even know about someone being trapped. Another small issue is when you press a button half the time you have to press it again because the button doesnt register that you want to go to that level - even though it lights up and beeps for a second. Do not buy these elevators, they will only cost you money in the long term.
This company has installed a lift in my apartment building. It is terrible! You select a level and in a second it jumps off, like you never selected it in the first place. And judging by the other reviews, this is not the only case where they have this fault.
The elevator in our building is a "Going Up Elevator". We have had many issues since the building was constructed. Some of these issues have never been resolved despite many attempts. I would not recommend these lifts for any new construction. 1. The buttons light up and make a noise if you push them but they don't activate unless you push them firmly. Why do they light up and make a noise for a half press? 2. If someone uses the security swab just before you it still beeps and lights up when you use your swab and press the button but doesn't register. You then have to repeat the process to get it to go to your floor. 3. The lifts break down occasionally. 4. Sometimes the lifts forget that you pressed a button. 5. If someone just came down in the lift, and you get in and press an upper floor without having called the lift, it will close then reopen the doors before allowing you to commandeer the lift. 6. If you get in a down lift accidentally it will go to the bottom floor and reset everyone's floors. You will then have to use your security swab and press your floor again.
