On the whole quite good for sorting out your tiles and give helpful advice however when I simply asked for the width of the tile I had purchased the girl didn't know, told me to measure it even though I told her I was in town and needed to buy another part and then when they did get the width I was rung back and told that I was rude by the manager. I certainly was not rude to the girl but had to be direct and to prove this I sent a record of the call to the manager offering to remove this review if she apologised. Instead I got a threat to report me for recording a phone call suggesting strongly I remove the review and an accusation I was trying to blackmail them even though it appears that is exactly what she attempted to do when shown she was in the wrong. Facts are proven by evidence not false accusations. I was considering buying more tiles for the entire kitchen here now I will never go back to this store.
