Brendan at NCPW was quite possibly the kindest, most thorough, and knowledgable person i have dealt with in retail ever. I contacted him with an issue with my solar hot water. We didn't buy the system from him, yet he sorted the warranty claim, arranged a plumber to visit my house and spoke with Apricus on our behalf. I am so very impressed with this company. They are not all about profit and minutes they can charge. A great company, a great human, I absolutely recommend this company to any potential solar customers. 5 Stars.

Received wonderful assistance from Brendan with my Apricus Solar Hot water system. Brendan went out of his way to word me through possible solutions from his extensive experience. He was extremely patient with me and my thousand questions! His solution worked and the problem was resolved within a few minutes of working out what the issue was. The best phone call I ever made. poor service - admittedly guys were serving customers but after standing for more than 15 minutes nobody bothered to even acknowledge me. Worse there were 2 people in the office just chatting and laughing amongst themselves, and then when new people came into the store walked in and joined the conversation. after another 10 minutes - now 25 in total - still no acknowledgement even though the sales guy walked past me 4 times.

Outstanding service from Brendan, from first enquiry to the thoroughness of the service provided. He inspected our solar hot water service and sent me the most extensive report including everything I needed to know to understand the system. He even including labelled images so I could ensure everything was always running correctly. Very knowledgeable and pleasant person. Would highly recommend this company.
