Neil is amazing to work with. He is very honest & knowledgeable & he can find a great car & a great deal. It's so much nicer to deal with Neal then the hard push sales people at the major car yards.
At first he seemed helpful until he came back with a van that was nothing like what I had said I wanted. When I was raising my concerns, he was really condescending and talking to me as if I was stupid. When speaking to my mechanic friend he totally agreed with the points that I had raised. He said I would never find what I'm looking for but I did without his help. Never going back!

Neil has been incredibly helpful sourcing both of our company cars - one of which we purchased directly through him, the other he helped connect us with where we were ultimately able to source it from (at an incredible price, mind you!) He really goes the extra mile and his service is second to none. Buying a car generally sucks, but Neil really makes the whole process completely painless and saves you a boatload.
My parents purchased their new vehicle through North Coast Auto Brokers and they couldn't be happier. Neil drove over 2 hrs to meet with them and discuss their needs. He organised a trade on their current vehicle and helped them with all the details. He also drove back out to see them to make sure they were happy with their purchase.
