Well worth booking a tour with guides who knew David Roche. You could travel to many museums and galleries internationally to see comparable items but here is this amazing collection of 1000s of items right here in North Adelaide. Travel at home instead!

Fantastic place to visit if you are interested in the decorative arts. David Roche was a wealthy collector of neoclassical objects from porcelain, paintings and sculpture. Was lucky enough to arrive when the guided tour starting at 12pm. Incredible to see what is behind the brick wall on Melbourne street. The temporary exhibition of intarsia military quilts is free and amazing.
