Absolutely love this place! It is so cool and tranquil at the same time. It’s lovely staying close to the pools and having the water fountain splashing noise and all the palm trees make it feel very tropical. The tropical beach hut style spa is a delight. Kathy and Rod, The owners, make it a very personal and warm experience. I could not recommend this place Hire
Very pretty grounds especially the lagoon pool! Unfortunately as per usual about 85% wheelchair friendly. We had a step at the front door and three steps at the back door. Most cupboards are too high to reach and the microwave also up to high for disabled people. Public relations is definitely NOT the reception staff's strong suit. No "did you have a nice stay?" Instead argued with me on the phone and when I handed the key back about the late checkout I requested on arrival. The lady I dealt with when leaving said "there's no note here about a late checkout" about 15 times. I pointed out that it was their mistake but she just kept arguing that there was no note about it. Wouldn't stay there again. Don't need that kind of treatment. Little side note: I fully understand they have to maintain the property for safety reasons but we were woken I think 7 of the 10 days we stayed by them cutting the palm trees back with loud power tools. Was quite annoying to wake up to that at 8-9 am when you're on holiday. Like I said I understand why but yeah just didn't get a peaceful holiday experience
Beautiful tropical resort in the most relaxing part of Noosa. Amazing place to stay with little children who didn’t want to leave the fantastic HUGE pool. No need to leave the resort for a great vacation, but being across the road from the river was perfect for our needs. Villa was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Will be back again and again! Thanks Cathy and staff!
Nice place, great pool and take my hat off to the garden crew, love the garden. Only downside, wifi constant drop outs and parking too tight for a cruiser, got damaged. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again
The resort has everything you need whether you have a young family or teenagers. The staff are very accommodating and will do whatever it takes to make your stay enjoyable. It is our families favourite Noosa village. Highly recommend
All the staff were amazing in making our stay as easy as possible, so friendly. The pools and BBQ area brilliant. Location brilliant. Two of our units beautifully refurbished, one wasn’t but still very clean. Just a great family accomodation.
Was yelled at and treated horribly by staff because I forgot to put my son’s name down when I checked in and he wasn’t there. Was going to invest in a property at this resort but I think I will wait until circumstances change. Great property and location but unfortunately has a very poor management team that easily become belligerent for seemingly no reason. I and my family were unnecessarily discriminated against when my son didn’t check in because he thought he already had been. As a result, our entire family who had been staying at the resort for over a decade with no incidents, were banned because we told the receptionist she was being rude by yelling at us the way she did. Incredibly unfit for her role and in general. EDIT: Thank you for your response, but you’ve essentially repeated what was already stated. You have still failed to mention how our posts are ‘inaccurate’, we have mentioned nothing but the truth. I’m not sure what your cameras ‘show’ other than us being yelled at, but whatever events you think occurred are entirely your own opinion. The footage will back up our version of events. You have also failed to mention what previous terms we have broken, simply because we haven’t broken any terms and conditions in the past and you have never told us otherwise. You cannot justify your actions, as my brother and parents who were living in separate accommodation under separate bookings were also somehow dragged into this incident, despite them having no involvement whatsoever. It is pure discrimination at its finest. Good luck to you both, I hope you can work on your customer service skills for the future.
