Today was ok but most times yu can wait nearly 2 hrs people have to stand outside the shop in the walkway they need more seats inside the store but it's only a small store so guess they can't do much about it the staff are helpful tho which is a bonus

Recently upgraded my I phone last week , not being high on the tech ladder, I went into optus Noosa and asked for some assistance for the change over. Mateus stepped up to the plate and assisted with instruction for the change over, he also re worked my Optus account,which was very much appreciated.I found his work ethic second to none,and if all companys had a Mateus front of house, things would flow a lot better. Thank you Mateus,11 out of 10,I score you. Also being the salesman he is, he sold me a screen saver.Top job Mateus,Optus is lucky to have you on board.
