Unfortunately I was charged for items not cleaned. It wasn't human error - they admitted they didn't clean them but charged me all the same. They also charged full price on a third jacket that they spotted with bleach. Had I not noticed they would not have said anything. Very disappointing.

I have used this place for New sheets. I took king size sheets into them. They were new. They were expensive. The label stated DO NOT TUMBLE DRY When I tried to put the bottom sheet on the mattress it had shrunk so much it would not fit the bed. I took them back to the laundry and after two weeks of me phoning them I finally got a response that it is a manufacturing problem and I should take them back to the shop where I bought them from. They claim they use a air dryer. I don't know what their definition of a air dryer is but it is highly likely they put them in a hot air dryer. They don't want to take any responsibility at all. So I would suggest to everyone to read the label of your items you want cleaning and read it to them before trusting them with your valuables because the label does not get read. Never go there again.

Wedding dress Miracle workers When I married a number of years ago I went straight on honeymoon and just hung my unwashed wedding gown in the cupboard. Recently I took it out and the dress still had dirt and perspiration marks. Coastal dry cleaners managed to get all the marks out and presented it beautifully in a box. Highly recommended.
