Popped in today to see the lovely Rhiannon, in advance of our June holidays. This place is beautiful, quiet, (given how busy it was there today) and all the facilities are brand new. Literally a minute from the 3rd cutting onto Teewah beach and a stunning drive up to Rainbow Beach.

The Good- All the staff that worked there were super friendly, which is the main reason for second star. The Bad- for 40 per night I would have expected more than a triangle of grass between the roads (site 19A). No table, no priviacy, nothing. The lights lighting the road out of the kangaroo loop were so bright at night they shine through the tent to the point of keeping me awake. The kitchen amenities were OK, but for 2 serious flaws. 1 the advertised freezer wasn't working. 2 Someone stole our food out of the fridge. The beach, which should be the major redeeming quality, was scattered with horse dung, all broken up and strew about with the shells making the usual peaceful act of beach combing or laying in the sand completely unappealing. I would not recommend staying here, especially for the price. Not worth it.

Hi all, so this was our first time visiting the Noosa North Shore Beach camp grounds and we loved it! The booking and confirmation process was easy and efficient, and when we arrived on the Friday night we had Brodie (spelling?) looking after us - he was great! Friendly, personable, knowledgeable, helpful... the kind of employee you want to hire for your own business Anyway, the camp site was great. The amenities were clean and new looking, the actual site assigned was lovely and shaded... couldn't ask for more. I posted some pics of the beautiful park and beach but I don't think they do it justice. I'll be back for sure, thanks guys 5 stars for good reasons

I’ve stayed 4 times at this place and I can’t recommend it enough. The place is so beautiful, the campground had everything you need, and you’re incredibly close to the beach which I love. The staff is very very warm, friendly and helpful, especially Brodie and Ellen. Can’t wait for my next trip there ️

Terrible customer service We made a group booking 1 month in advance over the phone giving clear description of number of people and number of tents. This information was confirmed over the phone in several occasions as the group booking fluctuated. When I, the first group member, arrived the 1 Eight team said the number of tent exceeded the number allowed for the sites booked and blamed us for this mistake. We agreed to split our group to accommodate to their policy as it “free of charge”. To our surprise though, they charged every camp member extra on arrival without any mention. When we came together and realized the almost 100 extra charge, we went to clarify the issue with the front office team. They failed to take any responsibility and refused to refund our money. Not only that, they were rude, lacked any empathy and over all the opposite a customer oriented team should conduct themselves. Funny enough, they used one of the sites that they moved us from to accommodate more tents than their policy allows!!! Over the weekend, members of our group also witnessed multiple other disputes between front office members and other campers. I cannot comment on the nature, but overall management do NOT seem up to the task of running this campground in a professional and ethical manner. Although we enjoyed the facilities and location, the management team provided us with such an unorganized and unprofessional experience that we would NOT recommend the campground until the 1Eight team is no longer in charge. Very disappointing.

Great camp ground, amenities are very clean and tidy as well as the kitchen. Plenty of wildlife to be seen and the beach is amazing. Had some minor issues with our campsite not being ready as the previous camper was slow to pack up or with the neighbouring campsite taking up some of our site. But issues have been resolved quickly by management. We will be back again. Highly recommend.

Such a great camp ground as close to the beach as you can get. Allocated sites now since spending most of this year upgrading amenities and building a camp kitchen. Guaranteed to see the roos at dusk. Beach not patrolled but a skip and jump to beach accesses for heading up to double Island and beyond or south to Noosa River.
