We rented a car for a long period during an extended stay in Noosa due to Covid, Bob was so helpful and gave us a great rate and terrific customer service, the whole experience could not have been easier. Wouldn’t use any other agency, thanks Bob, and thanks Thrifty.

Booked the car a Pajero well before the trip only to be told on arrival the car was not available. The reason we went with one of the big companies was because I thought they would provide better service. This left us stranded and not able to get to our accommodation. The attendant told us we could not go to Noosa north shore because it's off road... Which again is a lie. The have very poor communication and don't know what they are doing.

Thrifty Noosa Junction made my holiday! I'm car hire phobic - but Bob went out of his way to calm me down. He added flexibility to our decision making. Finally, on our last day, he coordinated an upgrade to a Maxi to enable me to take my very large Bike Case plus family back to the airport. Note: I purchased all levels of insurance including breakdown. We now know what to do when we fly to Noosa! Thx Bob!
