Wonderful bra store on all accounts! The ladies here are incredibly helpful, patient, attentive and, most importantly, they know how to fit! I felt perfectly at ease during my fittings and also when I came back to exchange one of the 3 bras I bought (due to style, not fit). Bra shoppings can sometimes be stressful for me but this was a delight, thank you ladies! X

I visited the Lady Bird store for a bra to go under a specific top yesterday & the staff were very attentive. I was fitted & offered a good selection of options to try. The store's selection was great especially since being a DD / E cup sometimes options are very boring. I ended up leaving happy with 2 new comfortable bras. Thank you!

Granted it was late on Saturday afternoon, however the store was still open, display racks still in front of the store. My sister, a Noosa Heads local was there to replace a number of lingerie items. We approached the sales lady for some assistance with our purchases, her reply was "well it doesn't look like I'll be getting out of here anytime soon". Her attitude was apauling, unfriendly and impolite. As a consumer we have a choice where we spend our hard earned dollars. This business does not deserve to be in business, especially in a tourist destination. It is obvious that the store has become complacent, putting their needs in front of the customers and could use some competition. The sad fact was that the sales lady identified herself proudly as the daughter of the owner. As a local, we try to spend our money locally and support local businesses. From a previous bad experience it seems to be the culture of this particular business to have extremely bad customer service. I would advise anyone needing lingerie to steer clear of Lady Bird Noosa Heads. If I could have given 0 stars I would have!
