My wife ordered a takeaway last night at 6.30 which we were told would arrive in 35 minutes. A couple of phone calls to enquire where our meals were during which the contact at the shop became nastier finally slamming down the phone on her at 8 o’clock. No meal ever arrived! What a way to run a business!
