I found a fridge online that fits in the awkward space of my new house but I couldn't see where had stock so I went to see the guys to see if they had stock. The curly haired guy I spoke to was friendly and helpful looking at stock until I said I was hoping to be able to buy it today as I've got my friends trailer at the moment. When he realized I wasn't going to rent it, his tone changed. He said as i was buying not renting, delivery would be 59 even though if delivered it would've been a 30 second drive up the road! I said I'd think about what I was going to do and he obviously thought I wasn't going to actually come back. He literally ignored me as I was talking to him and picked up his cellphone the moment I stood up to leave. Thanks but no thanks. His attitude made me look around at different shops. The Good Guys have the same fridge so I'll be going there tomorrow to buy. Service is everything guys!
