This place was really cool. This is an ice creamery with a difference. The staff are friendly and helpful with explaining what they're doing. The ice cream is also very nice. I had the "Aussie Adventure which combines Milo and a TimTam.

Why is this place closed. Still would love to review it. Came here for a holiday from india. And my hotel being just near it, i wanted to given nitrogen ice cream i try. He allowed us to record the way he was preparing our ice cream. It was yum. And i And my wife went second time on second day. We just had one of our best ice creams in cairns
Nitrolab is a fun and tasty ice cream experience. They have yummy ice cream combos, waffles, milkshakes & smoothies. We had Toblerone & Ferrero Rocher. Toblerone was chocolate and honey ice cream topped with solid chocolate and almonds. Yum!! It's cool to watch the ice cream being made in front of you with the nitrogen. Friendly service and clean.
To preface, I really love iced treats. Even bad ones, I eat them all. However, this drifts past the realm of poor straight into god awful. I dined at this establishment with two of my peers, and we all tried each other's orders-- two gelatos and a sorbet. The vanilla was super sweet, but had no flavor. The berry had a lot of flavor, but wasn't sweet. The chocolate was neither sweet nor flavored. We tried to go yesterday, but there was a 20-minute wait. It would have been 20 minutes severely wasted. The glowing cube chairs are cool, though.
Great atmosphere and good set out, the Asian girl with the brown hair was really lovely! would definitely take my kids there again next time
quick service. scientiffic/industrial/futuristic feel. watch your desert be made right in front of you! kids love it! gluten free waffles and gluten free icecreams avaliabe (which are awesome by the way!)
