We had a wonderful customer service experience with Nisbets from start to finish. Richard and his team at the Campbelltown warehouse were so helpful, down to earth and lovely to deal with. Furthermore I called Nisbets a few times to check on the delivery status of my items and every customer service phone operator was equally lovely and helpful. Lastly the delivery drivers had excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure my items were delivered safely. I will 100% be buying from Nisbets in the future. Thank you to the whole team.

Terrible service!! Deliverers wouldn't move a large fridge inside our place of business even after assuring us it would be. When calling to complain we were told we received more service than we should have as they usually leave it on the side of the road/verge. The fridge also has no wheels so will need to be moved by a removalist! Was told by the deliverers that there were wheels on the pallets - there were none. NOT good enough.

Bort this product and the apuro multi function continuous veg prep 550w not cutting and getting stuck over the weekend i sent this company a email of my concerns i did not get a response then i called them i spoke to Rachel saying that on you website say 30 day 100% money back guarantee hassle free she makes the issue a guarantee issue when it a not happy product issue the company is not honouring the policy and not returning the money back i tried call them over and over and they hug up on me so now i am call fair trading very poor customer service

Not sure how businesses in the current climate (Covid!) can be so complacent & dismissive to the customer. I spent 2 hours chasing up & going back and forth re a delivery issue, the third party courier (Star Track) was helpful, considerate & genuinely apologetic (it was there Error/issue) they even asked for details of the items as to try and replace (packages were sent to Melbourne not Manly) I then followed up with Nisbets who were the opposite, I clearly stated we needed the items for weekend service, offered a solution (re raise the order & have courier re collect and deliver, after all it was there error & it is what they do! Collect and deliver) to be told no you have to wait till next week. Amazingly nonchalant no f”@& given. Go and collect from Campbelltown was there solution. Got kids, prep, staff other stuff to deal with, not possible sorry. Super surprised to see how lil someone’s business to another matters. What happened to make it happen mentality.
