I was recommended Nicholls by a friend and have been delighted with the service. Initially I wasn't sure what blinds would work in my space, but the advice given was exceptional and way more affordable than hiring an interior designer. The installation process was quick and easy and I can honestly say the house looks fantastic. Special care was taken with the walls and carpets and the installers were clean and efficient. The Nicholls staff understood our needs for privacy and the whole process was seamless. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

After being frustrated with franchise businesses that quoted high prices with a "massive discount if you sign today" we chose to use a local family business that was much more honest We were very happy with the help and design advice we got from Kathryn and the team at Nicholls interior....we went with luxaflex roller blinds and sheer curtains and they were very patient in helping make our selction and work through the details...we never felt under pressure at any point unlike with other businesses Also the installer Peter was very friendly and made sure we were satisfied with the installation Thoroughly recommended

I had Roman blinds made and installed in August 2009 This year 2020, I phoned Nicholls (who are now 100 years old and still in business) to ask if they would be interested in altering the blinds. Doug, the owner came out to the house to have a look at the blinds, his fitter came to take them down and they were off to the workroom. They arrived back home, looking fantastic! I am highly delighted with them, they look like new blinds again. It is so unusual to still be able to contact someone still in business after 100 years and receive such wonderful service from them. I would recommend Nicholls highly, not only for their work, but their professional attention to “old’ clients. It is lovely to see that Doug’s daughter has now taken over, refreshing that a family business still continues to flourish. Keep up the good work! Thank you once again.

Very disappointed!!! I found Katherine’s advice excellent. Despite being the most expensive of three quotes, we decided to proceed with Nicholls interiors because we felt they would do the best job. However, now our blinds have been installed we are very disappointed. The installer has put the blinds up unevenly and all the cords are different lengths. His hands very filthy, despite COVID, and he has left dirty prints on part of the fabric. We were going to use them for other works but will now be going elsewhere!
