I have a good 17 years experience playing golf and using golf ranges and I would hesitate to recommend this driving range to anyone I know. Aside from being over-priced, the facilities are poor - very dirty rental clubs, no designated hitting area, the service is unfriendly - the 'pro' in the rental box couldn't manage a smile, let alone a "thankyou", and he tried to over-charge us, apparently unaware that three clubs cost 12, not 15 (of course no apology was forthcoming) and there is no cover - quite astonishing given the ferocity of the sun here. There are other driving ranges in Canberra, where you don't come away with a bitter taste in your mouth afterwards. My advice, find them and save yourself disappointment at the Canberra Golf School Golf Range.
