WARNING: I have experienced incompetence like never before when dealing with NGS Super staff. In addition, they have blatantly lied to me over and over again. Why would anyone RISK their retirement savings in the hands of these..... Save your money while you still can! Roll it over to a decent fund.

I could not be happier with NGS. After moving over after a change of employment I could not believe the level of personal service - phone calls answered by human beings very promptly and email queries always replied to quickly & with helpful information. Add to this one of the most progressive policies around investment in fossil fuels and I could not recommend highly enough.
I have been a member of NGS Super for many years and have remained with the fund even after changing employer. I have always found them very helpful. Just had a call to discuss concessional contribution matters and the service consultant (Hannah) was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Completely useless- my wife tried to transfer her funds and insurance across to this mob and after some months we’re about to give up and report them for incompetence
Absolutely shocking customer service. Have been trying to contact them all day and have left my phone number for a call back on 3 occasions. have also been told by the extremely annoying robot on the phone to call back during business hours (this was at 4pm on a Wednesday afternoon). I'll be moving my super as soon as I get in contact with them.
