Terrible experience trying to swap or exchange a simple book I bought only days before because the store didn’t have the one I needed at the time. The staff kept stating they didn’t have to do anything .... that’s their policy ....(whilst smirking ). I’ll be going to Officeworks in future ....., save yourself the grief of supporting a business with arrogant policies . You just lost me as a customer and I hope the policies are worth it .
Westfield's web site say they open at 8am but they don't next time I'll go somewhere else
