I am working on a start-up project, and reached out to Jo after we met a Business Chicks event. My brief was to help with all things marketing and at this moment in time, we are part way through the 'journey'. So far the ride has been amazingly smooth and I am learning so much from Jo every day. Not only is Jo an expert in her field, she is so generous with her knowledge, and keeps me in the loop on the status of various parts of the project. Also, the work that Jo and her team has executed for me has also been of very high quality and I couldn't be happier.
I had an appointment with Jo to start my marketing, branding and logo design for my new business. 5 days before our appointment, she cancelled because she had another "larger project". She didn't apologise, offer assistance in any other way, OR suggest we could continue working together once her bigger and more important project had finished. Very unprofessional.
