Warren Livesey worked as the project manager on our block of six apartments in Tamarama, to assist all owners on a much-needed building upgrade. The project has lasted approximately 18 months and we were grateful to Warren for his in-depth knowledge of strata, which enabled him to implement the project and get the funding together. Key to the success of this project was Warren’s skills in contracts, project budgeting, price negotiation, and sourcing the best building supplies and contractors for the best price. I believe Warren’s innate ability to relate to others allowed him to get all stakeholders in agreement so the work could proceed, which resulted in everyone being happy with the final decisions
