Their extensive knowledge of of the Strata Property Development Planning and Town Planning laws meant our subdivision project was successful and under budget. I have known Warren from Next Level for seven years via an extensive upgrade on our block of eight units in Tamarama. There have been many challenges throughout the project, which Warren has been able to expertly navigate through to ensure the project was approved and added maximum to each apartment. I have been working with Warren for the past two years, with the current building project being a block of eight units in Tamarama. The project involves a building upgrade and roof conversion above the top four units. Warren skilfully project manages the whole process, including liaising between the strata owners, myself (the builder), and other consultants. His unique expertise across all areas and ability to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders makes him a valuable asset to the success of the build.
Addressing a multitude of different stakeholders requires a skillset not just in project management, but people management as well. In addition, a strong ability to communicate and follow up, coupled with a good understanding of strata and its responsibilities to its owner is essential to create the correct outcome for all. Warren Livesey worked as the project manager on our block of six apartments in Tamarama, to assist all owners on a much-needed building upgrade. The project has lasted approximately 18 months and we were grateful to Warren for his in-depth knowledge of strata, which enabled him to implement the project and get the funding together. Key to the success of this project was Warren’s skills in contracts, project budgeting, price negotiation, and sourcing the best building supplies and contractors for the best price. I believe Warren’s innate ability to relate to others allowed him to get all stakeholders in agreement so the work could proceed, which resulted in everyone being happy with the final decisions
