Cannot rate highly enough! Rented through switch for 5 years. Lynne was an amazing property manager, always responded to any issues big or small and so friendly and personable. Director/principal Bronwyn was kind enough to accomodate my partner’s work schedule for a viewing prior to us lodging our application. You’re more than a number with this amazing team.

LANDLORDS - DO NOT USE THIS REALITY Was with this agency for a number of years and wondered why tenant after tenant seemed to be a problem. This agency accept blacklisted tenants and does not tell landlords! They side with the tenants and will let them destroy your property & live rent free then make no effort to help you recover any money. Do your self a favour and find another agency!

Thats just it. We tried contacting Switch on numerous occasions and never got through. We had questions about a property and application but we could not get any response
