My favourite sushi place in Newtown. Everything is fresh and topped up constantly. New dishes place on the bottom for good food safety and rotation. Always have the miso here too.
Why would I ask for fresh sushi for you to just hand me something old on the train? It defeats the purpose of fresh sushi. Also you never have wagyu beef in stock...
