After many years of shaving my unwanted body hair, I made the leap of faith and signed up for laser hair removal. From the minute I walked in to this clinic, I felt very comfortable. The services were painless and went by smoothly. Pricing was good based on the handful of places I shopped around for and the service was worth every dollar and then some more. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in Sydney that has been thinking about getting laser hair removal done.

Went for laser hair removal for my chin and upper lip.it was burning after and I was given an ice pack. A few days later I got pigmentation marks on my upper lip and chin. 2.5 months later, the marks are still there. I have given smooth and silk many chances to make it right but they weren’t helpful at all. They never followed up (In fact they refused to follow up when I asked them too) and I had to always keep calling them. It’s very easy for them to say to ‘stay out of the sun and it takes time’. Pretty hard to stay out of the sun in Sydney and minimum efforts to follow up and help it heal. Would not recommend this place.
Very professional and amazing attention to detail. Saw Dr Jodlovich after a bad experience with another injector and appreciated both his genuine approach and concern for my best interests. Will definitely see him for future treatment when I’m able and highly recommend (especially for someone who is new to dermal fillers and nervous).
I have given Smooth As Silk Laser 5 stars because of the ladies, and I always have the best experiences. HOWEVER, due to the constant malfunctioning of the AC system I have now had to reschedule for the second time. I have constantly heard the ladies on the phone with the AC guys, and this has been going on since December? It is totally uncomfortable for us as the client to even consider bearing it and it sure as hell is for the ladies who have to work in the sweltering heat on top of no AC.
I was a new client here at this clinic and the service was absolutely amazing. I have never had such caring and efficient laser hair removal from any other practice before. Louisa was really thorough to make sure every aspect of the desired areas were treated properly and thoroughly. Laser bookings can always be a little nerve racking sometimes but Louisa definitely made me feel very comfortable. The only downfall I have is that the air conditioning wasn’t working in the clinic which initially wasn’t an issue but as the procedure began the room did get quite hot and the skin around my neck and chest flared up and became quite blotchy and irritated (I didn’t have any treatment near there as it was on my arms). Louisa did apologise for the heat and attempted to cool me down, lucky I only had my arms to do, I’m not sure how it would have impacted me or any other patient If they were to have their full body lasered in one session! The clinic should definitely look into investing a cooling system even if it’s a portable AC unit because the room was quite stuffy and with the added heat from the laser it could cause or lead to safety issues. Will definitely come back for Louisa!
I was amazed with the friendliness of the lady who served me. She was extremely professional and good at her job, Staff are approachable understanding and very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and the products they sell work brilliantly. I’ll definitely be coming back
This is second time went there for laser hair removal for 3 parts of area, its was a really bad experience . Its has no air-con of twice i been there. The staff told me of air-con still fixing even after 2 months. I FULLY PAID of that but even i can not finish my whole treatment. Would not recommend this place at all.
Alana provided a fantastic service tonight. Love the smoothness. Such a worthwhile thing to do.
