Someone from this clinic called me. I couldn’t figure out what she’s saying. She mumbled and talked about something welcome, nothing welcoming in her tone thou. Sounded like she hates her job. I had to check the number to figure out where is the call from. I would not go back anyway. I was their customer before but really there are many alternative clinics delivered better service (always a smile on face, and cheaper price) Since she called me and worsen my day, I may as well leave a review. Thank you

I called and spoke to a cold and unfriendly receptionist. Very off-putting. The overall service may be great but I won't be contacting them again.

I was looking for a market leader and authority Laser and Cosmetic Clinic for my minor acne scars (had for years). I would only settle for the very best results and I found that in Smooth As Silk Laser and Cosmetic Clinic Newtown! Super 5-star friendly customer service from the first time you call them and even after your treatment. Great follow up is what counts in my opinion! My number 1 go to Laser and Cosmetic Clinic in Australia. My absolute highest recommendation.
Really love coming to this niche clinic. The staff are always helpful when trying to get a last minue appointment and the treatments here are amazing. They are great at tailoring individual skin care treatment plans for specific skin concerns and always make me feel comfortable without any hard sell tactics that I've encountered at other places. I'm so thankful they are located in Newtown as I would happily travel all through town to see them if I had to! I couldn’t recommend enough.
Kind staff, immaculate clinic with great ambience. Brought my little one in a stroller with no problems and staff were more than happy to look after him while I was having my facial. Well recommended for their friendliness, let alone the great quality treatments they provide.
I have been here for half a year. Everything was perfect and I sincerely hope it would be as good as before. Until the recent two months, the laser hair remover service quality went down a lot, I can feel my hair grow much faster and stronger compared to before. And the customer service becomes awful. The price goes up without communication and all I got was 'That was special. Not anymore.' While claiming to be the cheapest clinic within certain areas, I found another clinic charging half of the price I was charged. I felt upset and disappointed. People would not pay to suffer or weak explanations. Please show some respect and try to have a 'customer service' sense.
I recently had laser skin pigmentation removal treatment at Smooth as Silk Laser and Cosmetic Clinic in Newtown. I am so happy with the results - I can already notice such a difference in my skin tone. I feel more confident and comfortable going out and have been complimented by family on friends on how much better I look. Many thanks to the wonderful staff!
