We love love love visiting Max Black. Often we hit this place up before a weekend a delicious debauchery. Love the range of toys. The staff are so great.

Great experience! We went in close to closing and the staff was still so helpful and accommodating. Answered all of our questions and helped us find the perfect toys for us. Will be back!
I really did not like my visit to this shop!!! I found the staff totally rude and arrogant and up themselves. The staff are all women and they know nothing really about men's products nor can they give you any product knowledge in there items. I was with lady friend at the time, she was treated like a lady and I was treated like a low classed person until they realise u was with my lady friend. I will not shop with them and take my business down the road in Newtown.
LGBTQIA friendly store. The assistant was really fabulous and friendly. They listened to what I was looking for and then found several options within my budget. They were professional and very knowledgeable about specifications and pricing of all products they showed me. They then gave me space to look at each option and time to consider my preference. The store design itself is modern and has a nice ambiance. The products are well designed and have warranties and come in nice packaging and from well chosen brands. All up a fun experience, well worth the visit and I will be going back :)
Pricey but worth it. My partner and I have visited here a few times and the range is extensive. Lots of toys for couples, but also solo play. The staff is attentive, very knowledgeable and (mostly) not judgmental. (we did get terse reply when we asked if they sold poppers). We try to have a browse when we make the trek out to Newtown, and usually find something to take home.
