Kishani has been awesome! Have gone from feeling like a cranky zombie to a normal human! She knows her stuff, is friendly and approachable but also honest. Highly recommend.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this endocrinologist office. While I really like Dr Kishani and initially liked our treatment plan in the beginning, I felt extremely let down in the end. Originally saw Dr Kishani for help with PCOS and infertility. Recently diagnosed with insulin resistance and trying to conceive, we tried ovulation induction. I had a reaction to the medication she prescribed. Tried to call the office and Dr Kishani’s admin/office assistant was always extremely rude and dismissive. Always told me ‘send an email’, was flat and rude on the phone. I emailed several times wondering what to do and when these were ignored, I rang and left messages. I ended up being hospitalised and undergoing surgery due to my reaction to the medication. This was over a month ago and the only time her office has contacted me was to confirm my next appointment, literally ignoring the emails and phone messages I had left weeks before. obviously I did not show up and have since had to find a new specialist. You cannot give someone half a treatment and leave them to fend for themselves.

Highly qualified, and well regarded endocrinologist within the Sydney medical profession. My wife was referred for specialist advice a couple of years ago in regard to diabetes management. Now I find myself seeking treatment for thyroid issues. I find Dr Kannangara quickly puts you at ease, spends time explaining the problem and proposed treatments and, at the end of the appointment, puts time into easing any concerns you may have.
