There are a lot of haters here but I always rate things in proportion to what they are. This is a convenience store. A middle of the road one. That being said I'm really rating it for their vegan sambos. Which for their price, are brilliant. "no egg" and "no chicken" are damn good. A go to for me when I'm feeling peckish. Don't @ me haters.

This store is absolutely filthy. Floors are always sticky from spilt drinks and coffee. Self serve coffee machine looks as though it has never been cleaned and sanitized. Mould was growing in the drip tray. Coffee cups are all squashed together in one pile and jammed so tight that you cannot just take one off without handling the whole lot. I am not even game to try a meat pie. You never know what is inside.
Was screamed at for looking at sandwiches Walked out n store grabbed a veggie sandwich went to the fridge to grab an ice cream & was screamed at by the older staff member take it from the other fridge not That one ? I was like lol chill out & he kept on screaming at me Omg only went in to get cigarettes but left with just the sandwich iGA is just down the road you know & much cheaper without the abuse ! Vile behaviour from that older staff member
Fridges are always empty. Staff are friendly most of the time, but it's not appropriate to use your phone while serving customers
Mostly worker at night preferred to sleep instead of doing job every night including 10/03/2021
To the management I dnt know whose the manager here can you please train your staff more, I have taken a chicken and mushroom pie today morning after opened to have it, The pie got fungus on it and I came back to store for showing the staff, he even didn’t say sorry nothing, didn't speak a single word, not even thanks Just checking the pie n I said to return back my money he just did it. This is not the right customer service, I can make a complaint to the company about this but considering I’m the old staff of this company I’m not doing that.
I understand that if a customer drops or breaks something that they pay for the product... However I was on a work assignment supporting a disabled child who accidentally ejected the ice from her cup as she was waiting to make an iced coffee. There was no compassion or understanding from the store staff member, just a stern mention that we needed to pay for the product. Poor customer service and lack of care.
i get me one dollar slurpie here
